- Your logo and final, approved website text.
- Your business contact details and relevant links.
- Photos or images you own or have permission to use.
Quoted separately: Writing website copy or creating new imagery.
What revisions cover
Revisions refine the work within the agreed scope:
- Landing Page & Business Website: 2 revision rounds. Custom project rounds are set in your quote.
- Each round means one collected list of requested changes.
- Changes must stay within the agreed design and features.
Quoted separately: Extra pages, new features or additional revision rounds.
Domain & hosting
These costs are not included in the website build price:
- Domain registration and renewal fees.
- Hosting charges and hosting renewals.
- Paid third-party tools, services or subscriptions.
Before purchase: We agree on the costs and whose name the domain and hosting accounts will be registered under.

How long does a website take?
Have a date in mind? Tell us your preferred deadline and we can plan delivery around it once the scope, content and schedule are agreed. If you have no fixed deadline, a landing page usually takes 1–2 weeks and a business website 2–4 weeks after we receive your content and agreed advance payment. Custom projects vary; we confirm the delivery date in your quote.
How do payments work?
Suggested payment terms are 50% to begin and 50% after final approval, before launch or handover. Larger custom projects may use milestones. The accepted quote confirms payment details before any work starts.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. Domain registration, hosting, renewals and paid services are separate from the website build. We can help you choose and set them up, with all charges agreed first.
Can I update the website later?
Yes. You can request updates as needed or choose optional monthly care. If you need to edit content yourself, tell us before we quote so a suitable content management system can be included in the scope.
